KabuMart Terms of Service
These English terms are provided for convenience for overseas users researching Japanese equities through KabuMart. They describe the basic conditions under which the operator of KabuMart provides the service.

1. Scope
- These Terms apply to all relationships between the KabuMart operator and the user regarding the use of KabuMart, including the website and any mobile application that may be provided.
- Guidelines, help pages, usage notes, and similar notices posted on the website or in the service form part of these Terms.
- By using the service, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms. Users who do not agree must not use the service.
2. Definitions
- Service Agreement: the agreement formed between the operator and the user for use of the service.
- User: an individual or entity that enters into a Service Agreement and uses the service.
- Website: https://kabumart.com/.
- Account: credentials issued for use of the service.
- Paid Plan: features made available in exchange for a recurring fee.
- PayPal Payment: the payment service provided by PayPal and used for the paid plan.
3. Formation of the Agreement
- The Service Agreement is formed when an applicant completes the registration flow and performs the required consent action.
- The operator may refuse registration or suspend use if the application contains false information, if the applicant has previously violated these Terms, or if use is otherwise judged inappropriate on reasonable grounds.
4. Minors
- Minors must obtain consent from a legal guardian before using the service.
- If a minor misrepresents themselves as an adult or otherwise uses deception regarding capacity, cancellation may be restricted under applicable law.
5. Nature of the Service
- KabuMart provides AI-assisted analysis of listed companies, financial data, disclosures, news, screening results, and related research support information.
- The service is not intended as investment solicitation, brokerage, or personalized investment advice.
- Certain features may only work on supported browsers, devices, or environments separately designated by the operator.
6. Account Management
- Users are responsible for managing and safeguarding their account credentials.
- Users must not transfer, lend, or share their account with third parties.
- The operator may treat use made with valid account credentials as use by the registered user.
7. Fees and Payment
- Basic features may be available free of charge. Paid plan fees apply when the user subscribes to premium functionality.
- Pricing and payment terms are displayed on the website or inside the app and may change with prior notice where required.
- Paid plan fees are collected in advance using PayPal. Users are also subject to the terms applicable between the user and PayPal.
- Cancellation may be made at any time, but fees for the current billing period are not prorated or refunded.
8. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights related to the service, including software, analysis outputs, text, images, and databases, belong to the operator or the relevant licensors.
- Users may use the content only within the scope necessary for lawful use of the service.
- Users must not reproduce, redistribute, resell, decompile, or reverse engineer service content without prior permission.
9. Privacy
- Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- The operator may use personal information for service provision, improvement, support, billing, fraud prevention, and related operational purposes.
10. Disclaimer
- The operator does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the service or its analysis outputs.
- Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use of or inability to use the service to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- KabuMart is not an investment advisory service. Final investment decisions must be made by the user.
11. Prohibited Conduct
- Violating laws, regulations, or public order and morals.
- Infringing the rights or interests of the operator or third parties.
- Interfering with operation of the service.
- Unauthorized access, excessive load, reverse engineering, or similar abusive behavior.
12. Suspension, Changes, or Termination
- The operator may suspend all or part of the service for system maintenance, natural disasters, or other unavoidable reasons.
- The operator may change service content or discontinue the service without prior notice where legally permitted.
13. Term and Cancellation
- The Service Agreement remains in effect until the user deletes the account or the operator suspends or deletes the account.
- Users may terminate the agreement at any time through the prescribed cancellation procedure.
14. Changes to the Terms
The operator may revise these Terms as necessary. Material changes will be notified by a reasonable method such as notice on the website.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If a dispute arises, the court having jurisdiction over the operator's location in Japan shall be the court of first instance unless otherwise required by applicable law.
