- Contract Period and Auto-Renewal
- The subscription renews automatically every month unless canceled. Each renewal is charged at 3,000 JPY including tax.
- Cancellation
- Cancellation can be requested at any time from the account area. If cancellation is completed before the day before the next billing date, no further billing will occur. Partial refunds are not provided for mid-period cancellation.
- Refunds and Returns
- Because this is a digital and online service, returns and refunds are generally not available after purchase, except where a major defect requires case-by-case handling.

- Latest versions of Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari with JavaScript enabled, cookies allowed, and an internet connection.
